Bruce Blitman, Esquire

I am certified by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida as a County, Circuit and Family Mediator. I am also certified as a Federal mediator in both the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Since 1989, I have mediated more than 3,000 cases. I am also an Arbitrator, Author, and Lecturer. I have been actively involved in every aspect of Dispute Resolution Practice.

I am a Primary Trainer in certified family mediation training programs by the Office of the State Courts Administrator. I am already an approved Primary Trainer in certified circuit mediation training programs. From 1999 to 2000, I was the President of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. In 2007, I was the Secretary of the KIWANIS Club of Cooper City.

In addition, I have had articles published in the HANDBOOK ON MEDIATION by the American Arbitration Association (2010) and in the Florida Bar Online Newsletters.
